Loading machine mod. SGC automatically loads mosaic inserts (square shaped) in templates with the help of just one operator who sorts the piece before it is placed in the mold, in order to speed up the work of the operator in charge of final product inspection and to increase production by eliminating pieces that could cause the machine to stop.

The machine is equipped with a PLC controlled electrical cabinet and an operator panel for complete management of the machine. In fact, the mosaic insert size can be changed by making some simple adjustments independently and as such no parts need replacing.
