The automatic machine mod. SG2005S glues the mosaic onto kraft paper and fibreglass netting. The main adjustments can be made on the control panel, such as the length and position of paper and fibre, plus the amount of glue on the dispensing roller can be adjusted without having to stop production as what happens in many cases.
The automatic pasting machine SG2005S is equipped with a special tube that eliminates any leakages of glue during the gluing cycle, and has been specially designed so that it is easy and quick to clean the gluing unit at the end of the cycle.

SG2005S achieves maximum results in conjunction with the rapid dryer mod. BB8 which, thanks to an air flow perpendicular to the line, supplemented by the "stepping" motion of the drive, dries the product rapidly .
The efficient thermal insulation, integrated temperature control and air recycling allow significant reductions in power consumption and enable the dryer to reach a temperature of 60° C in just 5 minutes.
The stepping motion of the drive under the dryer extends the drying time of the product under the dryer.
